F.A.Q.
What does a GA (General Admission) ticket mean?
All of our shows are GA unless specifically stated on the event and ticketing page. That means there is no reserved seating, except for those guests who require ADA seating. The main floor of our venue is all standing room only. The upper balcony has the original theatre seats for those who want to sit. The lower balcony is tiered concrete with folding chairs. Please note - it is our venue policy to not ask people to sit down if they are standing at their seat, we don’t want to tell anyone how they need to enjoy music. Getting here early is the only way to secure your favorite spot. (But don’t worry, there’s not a bad spot in the house!)
What about Handicapped accessibility?
We do have a designated section for Handicapped seating located on the main floor. If you require this, please make sure to buy a ticket labeled as Handicap Accessible. People purchasing one of these seats may also buy a ticket in that section for one additional person. If you don’t see the option for that ticket type then that means the section is already sold out. You can always send us an email and see if we have any more available. We do our best to accommodate everyone, but we do have limited space. Please note - we do not have an elevator, so to get to the balcony you have to walk up stairs.
what if the show has reserved seating?
For some shows, like comedy shows, we have tables & chairs. If the tickets say reserved seating, then select where you want to sit. If it doesn’t say reserved seating, then it is GA, so refer to the answer above
I can’t make it to the show anymore, what can i do with my tickets?
We understand that plans can change, that’s why we have partnered with TIXEL to offer a place where you can safely buy and sell tickets to our shows. To sell your ticket please go to TIXEL and follow the prompts.
If you have already found a buyer for your ticket but want to complete the transaction safely, you can create a private sale by selecting the ‘make my listing private’ option at the final step.
is it safe to buy tickets on facebook or resale sites?
Only buy tickets directy from our ticketing partners. Our tickets are sold exclusively on etix. We have also partnered with Tixel to offer a safe place for people to buy and sell tickets they can no longer use. If someone is trying to sell you tickets on facebook, direct them to complete the transaction on Tixel with the istructions in the previous question above - this is the only way you are buying a guaranteed ticket! There are so many scammers out there - so be careful!!!
What ages do you allow?
Some shows will have age restrictions, but if you don’t see anything listed, then it’s an all ages show. We encourage bringing your kids so they can discover new things and hopefully we help inspire some future artists! We do ask that any children aged 15 and under be with an adult at all times.
What things are not allowed to be brought in?
No weapons of any kind, this includes pocket knives and sharp tools, we do use a metal detector at entry.
No large bags including purses, backpacks, and camelbacks are not permitted inside the venue.
Clutches, wristlets, and fanny packs 6″ x 9″ or smaller are allowed.
Medical and diaper bags (14" x 14" x 6" or smaller) are permitted. Please note that all medical and diaper bags are subject to thorough inspection upon entry.
No outside food or drinks. We have a full bar inside. We don’t serve food, besides chips, so eat before you come. We do have a water filling station, so you can bring an empty water bottle to fill.
No pets. We’d love to see your dog getting down on the dance floor, but for safety reasons, only officially registered service animals are welcome, but please keep in mind that concerts are loud, please see requirements for service animals in the next section.
can my service animal come?
We welcome service dogs utilized by Guests with disabilities. Service dogs must be harnessed, leashed or tethered at all times, and will be required to rest in their seating area of the individual with a disability, rather than in the aisle. A Guest whose service dog poses a threat to the safety of other Guests and employees, or whose dog is not housebroken, may be asked to escort the dog off the premises. Any service dog that displays vicious behavior towards Guests or employees may be denied entry or removed from the venue. All other animals are prohibited. Please keep in mind that our concerts are loud and dogs’ hearing is sensitive.
what about parking?
There is plenty of parking in downtown, either street parking or a few blocks over in the parking garage. If you think it’s hard to find a parking spot, try finding one for a tour bus or semis 😉
do you allow re-entry?
For the safety of our artists and guests, we do not allow re-entry. Once you leave, you will not be permitted back in.
Where can I smoke?
We set up a smoking section outside the front entrance where you can step outside to smoke. There is absolutely no smoking or vaping allowed inside the venue, your vape may be confiscated if we see it happening. And reminder that smoking weed is not legal in Wyoming, so make good choices.
