Wedding Rental pricing

Our venue can seat up to 160 with a dance floor, or 200 without the dance floor.

Base Rental:

-Base rental rate $3500 plus expenses listed below as needed

-Rental period is for a 12 hour day. Any additional hours billed at $300/hr

Deposits:

-Renter to pay a nonrefundable deposit of $1000 to confirm date. In the event of cancellation or rescheduled date, deposit is forfeited. A new deposit is required to confirm a new date.

Labor Estimate:

-Venue to provide production, event staff, and bar labor. Rates are as follows:

-Event Staff -Included in rental fee

-Audio Tech -$300 / per technician -$30hr after 10hrs            

-Lighting Tech -$300 / per technician -$30hr after 10hrs

-Bar Staff -Included in rental fee

-Cleaning -included in rental fee for standard rental. Extra cleaning fee may be applied when food is being offered or for other non standard circumstances

Bar & Catering:

-Venue will provide a bar staffing at no additional cost. All beverages must be purchased from the venue

-.Bar can be set up as hosted, cash bar or a combination

-Venue does not offer any catering services for food. Catering would need to be brought in by renter. Caterers must provide set up, clean up and all needed supplies and equipment

Equipment and Rentals:

-All venue owned equipment (sound, lights, tables, chairs, etc..) is available no additional cost.

-Venue owns high top bar tables, barstools and black table coverings. If any other tables/chairs are needed, we can assist with coordinating, but would be at renters expense including setup and tear down fees charged by the rental company.
